Behind the Camera...

It's been a wonderful journey since I picked up my first camera and started snapping away at the age of 12. Of course a lot has changed since then. I've felt a reinvention of style and found inspiration in the people and surroundings around me. As I continue to delve deeper into this art, I've learned more about the beauty and complexity of life.

There's no doubt that this art is my passion and my outlet. I hope that what you find here is a familiar smile, a treasured hug, an excited leap of joy, an unwavering gaze, or even an intimate moment between a photographer and her subject.

La Banquise for their Poutine B.O.M. (Bacon, Onions, and Merguez Sausage) and Cheval Blanc.

Wendy’s Bridal Shower

It was a great day for this now newly wedded bride. Every detail for Wendy’s bridal shower was thought-out and beautifully done with the help of her 4 siblings (we now have an on-going joke that she and her family should start-up an event planning business). The day was filled with games and delightful treats...

A Year in Review. 2011.

As this year draws to a close, many people will aptly write their Year in Review. Friends do it. The Times does it. And in private, many will be journaling December 31, 2011 into their notebooks. The forum that I’ve found for expressing my thoughts and ideas in the last few years have found themselves...

Lil’ Kiana

It felt like only yesterday that I was going to an engagement shoot for Rosanna and Frank.
One couple who’s quirks and habits have built a committed union.
Two years later, alongside more joy and laughter, a new addition has graced their family – lil’ Kiana.
Three generations came together to have a momento of this occasion.
It’s so...

Christmas Market at The Distillery District

Merry Christmas to all! I hope that it has been a wonderful year for you thus far. Most certainly the weather in Toronto has been up and down and last weekend was a major chilly one. But that didn’t stop my friends and I from trekking down south (we from up North, ya see), to...
