Behind the Camera...

It's been a wonderful journey since I picked up my first camera and started snapping away at the age of 12. Of course a lot has changed since then. I've felt a reinvention of style and found inspiration in the people and surroundings around me. As I continue to delve deeper into this art, I've learned more about the beauty and complexity of life.

There's no doubt that this art is my passion and my outlet. I hope that what you find here is a familiar smile, a treasured hug, an excited leap of joy, an unwavering gaze, or even an intimate moment between a photographer and her subject.

Familiar Faces

As I’m waiting for Jersday to get this week started (March Break commences after work on TGIFriday), I’m editing like a madwoman. No stress, just anxious to get these shoots up. I’ve recently had a few shoots where I got to work with some familiar faces. Ladies that are not only talented, friendly, and sweet...

Playing With Fabric

So I found a quote recently regarding fire: “Man may have discovered fire. But women discovered how to play with it” ~ Carrie Bradshaw
Who doesn’t love SATC? Not that this was the inspiration of the shoot, but I thought it was fitting. Women know how to play with everything and work it. So when our...
