Behind the Camera...

It's been a wonderful journey since I picked up my first camera and started snapping away at the age of 12. Of course a lot has changed since then. I've felt a reinvention of style and found inspiration in the people and surroundings around me. As I continue to delve deeper into this art, I've learned more about the beauty and complexity of life.

There's no doubt that this art is my passion and my outlet. I hope that what you find here is a familiar smile, a treasured hug, an excited leap of joy, an unwavering gaze, or even an intimate moment between a photographer and her subject.

Beauty Goes Beyond the Traditions

I like to try new things. New activities. New food. New styles. New concepts. Keeping in mind to think of beauty as not only what has been traditionally thought of as aesthetically pleasing, I wanted to try something more edgy and deviant from the norm. As a result, this shoot came to be. I got...

Got to catch the opening night of Canada Blooms 2011. Taking in the wonderful scents and aesthetically pleasing designs of gardens and floral designs added a sweet note to the middle of March Break.
Thanks to Rosanna for the tickets

Hippie Chic

I miss the 70s. Although, I wasn’t alive when all that groovy disco music was playing with the bell bottoms swinging its flares on the streets of downtown Yorkville. I’d have to say that while many of us look at our parents’ photos and think, “OMG, what were they thinking when THEIR parents let them...
