Back to doing some studio work now that Winter is in full force. Surprisingly therauputic. Didn’t have to worry about the weather or “finding the light.” Plenty of workspace for everyone on the team. With temperatures dropping down to -25 this past weekend, it was nice to just be at home. I looked out the weekend on Saturday and thought that Toronto has split personalities. It’s hot and and up for a good time half of the year, but then cold and brutal during the other.

When I lived in Hong Kong as a teenager, I took for granted that it’s all high-rise buildings with the multi-million dollar enterprises lining the skyline of Victoria Harbour. City streets covered with gas guzzling cars speeding down narrow roads while people rush to jaywalk across an already dangerous street… yes, that’s what I remember....
