Behind the Camera...

It's been a wonderful journey since I picked up my first camera and started snapping away at the age of 12. Of course a lot has changed since then. I've felt a reinvention of style and found inspiration in the people and surroundings around me. As I continue to delve deeper into this art, I've learned more about the beauty and complexity of life.

There's no doubt that this art is my passion and my outlet. I hope that what you find here is a familiar smile, a treasured hug, an excited leap of joy, an unwavering gaze, or even an intimate moment between a photographer and her subject.

Opening Doors in Toronto

There’s something to be said for taking pictures of stuff. That didn’t sound as eloquent or intelligent as I wanted it to sound. But it IS true. I have and always will love taking photos of people. Posed or candid moments, there’s a story to a picture that only human emotions can complete. Then there’s...

Busy Posting or Too Busy To Post?

So it’s been well over a month since I last posted. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a blog doesn’t it? While I’d like to say the former, alas, I have to admit that it’s the latter… Yes, just too busy to post. Why too busy to post? Quite frankly, I’ve been busy shooting. Editing....
